OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR AT-RISK YOUTHS THAT NEED POSITIVE GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-AWARENESS, TO ENABLE THEM TO BECOME CHANGED AND INFLUENTITIAL INDIVIDUALS.

Godly Ambition of New Generation (G.A.N.G) is a non profit organization that provides mentoring programs for elementary and middle school students in Florence and the surrounding areas in South Carolina. This organization has form partnerships with local school districts. Godly Ambition’s goal is to foster a commitment to our youths who are struggling to make positive choices in life and to offer guidance to reassert a sense of hope for their future. By developing a personal relationship with these youths a sense of individual responsibility can be established that will allow the youth to become committed and follow a positive path to adulthood with a feeling of pride and accomplishment.

Through repeated failures at home, failures in the community and failures at school, these youths start to develop destructive behaviors due to not having an urgency to move forward and succeed. To accomplish this goal, young people must be in a loving, safe and educational environment that will promote good self-esteem and reinforce their self values.

Godly Ambition of New Generation is a Christian organization located in South Carolina. This organization was founded by Rodney & DeAnn Lesane. Rodney is a mentor and coach for many young males in the community. DeAnn Lesane has a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. She has several years of experience with working with children with various mental disorders, academic struggles, criminal involvments, physically, sexually and emotionally abuse. Their goal is to provide a safe environment where children and adolescents would understand their self-worth and proceed toward any dream that they are aiming for.
